Who is your culinary inspiration?My dearly departed Grandmother, Betty Highsmith. She loved to prepare meals for her large family. And my dearly departed father, Jack Kirkland. He could cook just about anything! He loved to bake a banana pudding. Emeril Lagasse is one of my favorite chefs. He’s so creative with wonderful fresh ingredients and flavors.
What would you do with the $25,000?First, I’d probably cry! I’m looking forward to and planning for retirement. So, I would pay down debt to get closer to my goal.
