Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is chicken parmigiana with homemade pasta. I have always made panko breaded chicken breasts in various ways. We took a trip to Italy and I really wanted to start making my own pasta. I make one infused with pesto and of course plain. The sauce is a recipe that my husband helped develop. Even though I like to be the boss in the kitchen, he still tries to help, lol.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I take inspiration from my mother whom I would cook with and throw dinner parties as a child. When I would visit my grandmother we would make stuffed cabbage. And my Aunt is Korean. She taught me how to make egg rolls and stir fry when I was in high school. Since then, I have watched Food Network religiously so inspiration comes from everyone there. I have a collection of Woden spoons signed by all of the chef’s that I have met. I just try to learn all of the time.
What would you do with the $25,000?Our daughter just graduated from college and I would love to take her on a trip as her graduation gift. Thank you so much for the possibility of being a part of this experience!
