Growing up with food allergies in NYC, it became my mission to teach people how to make simple everyday recipes delicious and allergy free.

Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is arroz con pollo, black beans, & pickled red onions. Served as a bowl or tacos in gluten free tortillas made from plantains. Dessert is a coquito flavored rice pudding served warm or cold!
Who is your culinary inspiration? My culinary inspiration is Claire Saffitz since her days of "Gourmet Makes" at Bon Appétit and now on her own show "Dessert Person". She is the queen of recreating recipes and is the reason I started making my favorite snacks into a gourmet and allergen free version. I love how technical she is with her baking and how much love (and butter) she puts into her savory dishes.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000, I would open my own allergy-free Pop Up for people with dietary restrictions. I would prepare Puerto Rican and Greek inspired dishes alongside peanut-free desserts. If I was given this opportunity, I would be able to provide a safe option for people with food allergies that go to food festivals. I want to show the world that making a recipe allergy friendly is easy and delicious.
