Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is actually dessert. I am a Cheesecake specialist. My signature dish is a German chocolate cheesecake. Rich dutch chocolate cheesecake topped with coconut pecan frosting and caramel sauce. I'm a well rounded chef, but desserts are what I'm known for.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration was Chef Nick Sullivan. I worked as his sous chef for 2 years. He knew how to push you to excellence and strive for perfection. He wasn't just a chef. He was a leader. He taught anyone who was willing to learn and listen and grow their craft. I still hold myself to his standards even though he is no longer with us.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put it towards starting a food truck. It's something I have always wanted to do. I have always dreamed about starting my own company. Winning this award would go a long way to help get that dream started.
