My most requested dish from friends and family is my Baklava recipe. They are even trying to get me to sell it wholesale, I can’t. Even imagine where to begin with that suggestion.
Who is your culinary inspiration?When I was a child it was Yan can cook and the Galloping Gormet on PBS. Today I love the chew chefs, Carla and Michal. I also love the different perspectives each chef brings to the table but I resonate most with Alton Brown and his food science.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to help secure my family should something happen in the future, car breaks down etc.
