Who is your culinary inspiration?That's a tough one! My mother/ grandma. Chef Brian Hayes (former chef of the United Nations). Chef Mary Ela Raya (former of the Gin Joint/ Charleston, SC). Chef Tyler Dudley (CEC/CEA of the Daniel Island Club/ Charleston, SC). Just to name a few.
What would you do with the $25,000?To get myself in position to build my first/ dream house.
