Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is my Rasta Pasta that I also make vegan and it tastes exactly the same. Rasta Pasta is a creamy white sauce based pasta that is incorporated with jerk seasoning.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my culture and my heritage. I grew up on a farm in Jamaica. We made a lot out of very little. I was taut he ways of the farm so from very young I was intrigued by the flavors and curious with what they would pair well with. We blended flavors that most people wouldn't think of. I use this approach for every dish whether it is Spanish, Italian or asian cuisine. Breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won I would strengthen my business " Ms Bunny Eats " by putting money aside for taxes and emergency business funds. I will also invest in a better website, new equipment, new labels etc. Along with putting some aside to make long term investments.
