Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from my village growing up seeing my mom and auntie’s and grandmas in the kitchen making magic and feeding people by the dozen and always welcoming outsiders in to always get a plate seeing no person left hungry. I just watched the dish technique and recipes the smells the laughs and stories all over wonderful food from all different cultures in our family is what inspired me to become a chef and to continue the legacy my family started.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would finally start my mobile catering/ private chef truck and finally get my business where God intended it to be so I can start my true passion in helping and feeding the community and helping our youth with better opportunities then what the world is trying to show them . Give opportunities to people who need work or just want to have fun learning how to cook outside the box.
