Receive Text UpdatesI love making seafood. Seafood boils, baked oysters, crab and lobster. Ceviche is probably my favorite thing to make because it's different than others.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration would probably be my chef, chef Heather. She has taught me so much. She's encouraging, patient, and was willing to show me different techniques. Thank you chef!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would take a break, breathe a little, and help out my family. I owe them so much. Id probably try and open a ghost kitchen and feed the homeless.
