Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is Creamy Tuscan Chicken served over roasted garlic mashed potatoes. It's the dish clients request time and time again because it combines Southern comfort with elevated flavors. Tender chicken, parmesan cream sauce, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh herbs create a meal that feels both elegant and familiar. It reflects my culinary style—approachable food prepared with chef-level attention to detail and a whole lot of heart.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandparents taught me that food is more than a recipe—it's love, service, and hospitality. Their kitchen was where people gathered, celebrated, healed, and felt welcome. Those lessons continue to guide me as a chef, educator, and business owner.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000, I would establish scholarships in memory of my grandparents and continue developing the Harris Family Homestead in Chidester, Arkansas. The property is currently being built, and my vision is to create a place where families can gather, celebrate milestones, and make lasting memories. I would also invest in growing the event side of my business so I can create more opportunities while serving my community.
