Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration is my mother, who was a homemaker she made amazing meals for us as kids and showed me a lot about cooking.
What would you do with the $25,000?It’s been a dream of mine to open a restaurant that is inspired by my culture and my mothers cooking.
