Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is a Chef I met while working in Altus, AR. His name is Chef Kenny Hare. My inspiration comes from many others as well but he definitely made my passion even more fierce for this industry. Taught me patience and that everyone eats with the eyes first!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to either start opening my own restaurant or to help me with the schooling part of the culinary world!
