What would you do with the $25,000?Winning this $25,000 would allow me to directly invest in the future of our industry by expanding my mission to educate, mentor, and elevate the next generation of culinary professionals. A significant portion of these funds will be used to create hands-on learning opportunities and advanced training resources for up-and-coming talent, ensuring they have the technical foundation and discipline needed to thrive.To support this educational push and continue perfecting my own craft.
