My signature dish is any of my home made mac and cheese's.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary journey began in childhood, observing my mother and grandparents traditional cooking. This early exposure sparked a desire to replicate their dishes. Later, access to culinary resources through my brother further fueled my interest, leading to the development of a deep-seated passion for cooking.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would open up my own food truck and work it until I raised enough money to open my own restaurant. Once I opened my restaurant I would give a portion of my proceeds from the restaurant to people who cannot afford to get food. I would also teach young aspiring people how to cook.
