Who is your culinary inspiration?It all started with my Louisiana families food. Monceaux, Hebert, Broussard, Nunez, Thibodeaux, Valdetero, Reed, Fear, and Ward; the flavors shared will always remain in my mind. But they are secondary to the time we spent together around the table, I carry that with me in my heart every day. Francis Mallmann & Sean Brock inspired how I share this with the world.
What would you do with the $25,000?Taking the big leap into opening my popup full time would allow me to grow the impact within my community. Teaching, feeding, and breaking barriers between strangers. “Everybody Eats” is my philosophy, and I’m here to feed them.
