Receive Text UpdatesI’ve perfected an Herb crusted pork loin seared with rosemary, parsley, sage, and thyme then finished in the oven with Worcestershire, garlic, and butter. Served with pomme puree and a sauce Robert. It is simple but must be mastered perfectly. I’ve made this so many times I can make it with my eyes closed. I also do amazing desserts and love a technical challenge. Italian meringue buttercream is my signature frosting of choice.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from the people I surround myself with. From my boss Colleen to each of my coworkers , watching them create amazing dishes and breads and desserts really motivates me to create beautiful dishes. I love my community and they inspire me more each day. We build from each other.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000, I would pay off my school loans and most importantly I would invest in my future business of having my own catering company. Having this money would dramatically change my life to be able to follow my dreams and accomplish my goals I have worked extremely hard to meet so far. I would make the best Favorite Chef and my hometown of Paducah, KY will approve!
