Receive Text UpdatesButter braised tilapia over collard greens. I braise the tilapia in a rich butter bath low and slow along with some adobo chile peppers,lemon,cilantro,and garlic. While that’s going in the oven at 250 degrees Fahrenheit I’ll have a pot of collard greens going,I’ll render the fat out of a 1lbs of bacon after the fat is rendered out I’ll add two whole onions,let them brown once they are caramelized I’ll add in stock and let the greens cook down for around 45 mins

What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the 25K to invest in my company as a food truck and private chef. It would help me get my feet off of the ground and pursue my dreams.
