What is your signature dish?

My signature dish is a grisole pasta(sunflower shaped ravioli) stuffed with a shrimp and scallop mousse in a Calabrian and white chocolate cream sauce and shaved black truffle

Who is your culinary inspiration?

I grew up watching my grandmothers cook for me in both sides my mom and my dads, and I would love being there with them. When I turned 16 my mother who was a single mother got sick so I took up the cooking and cleaning and just remembered cooking with my grandmas and knew it was what I wanted.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would probably start either my own pasta company(making and selling) or I would use it to help finance my restaurant which will be kinda like a specialty of the day. The menu will be pretty much what me and my team come up with each day and produce whatever we want when we feel like it.
