Who is your culinary inspiration? My culinary inspiration is myself. There are chefs that I admire but in the end I do it for myself. I do it because of the feeling of joy I get from seeing people enjoy my food.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would pay off my debt and use the remaining to open a coffee roastery with my sister. We have been roasting together for a few years and would really to love to open a fantasy themed coffee shop to bring together our love of coffee and our love for fantasy role playing games.
