Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from the Chef Martin Yan. I use to watch is show Yan Can Cook for as long as I can remember and he always made it look so easy and flawless while being comical at the same time which kept me watching him constantly
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in enhancing my skills to make myself a better chef. But also take my wife on a well deserved vacation
