What is your signature dish?

Wild mushroom encrusted and seared Beef Tenderloin served on Cab Demi Glacé creamy Barley Risotto, sautéed garlic rapini. If I have time, I’d bake you a perfect Yorkshire Pudding as a side.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

Jamie Oliver. I’ve followed him for years, his inspiring mission to cook healthy tasty food. I loved his early shows (even when streaming wasn’t a thing). He resonates with me because he’s about simple quality ingredients that can be elevated into delicious healthy food. Healthy is my mission! That food philosophy resonates with me. I’ve always strived to cook this way. He seems forever resourceful. I cook that way too! I open my fridge and decide to make something

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would take one or both of my adult kids on a weeks culinary adventure. Fund travel and explore collaborations with chefs and Food Influencers on eating healthier. And then I would invest the other half so I can do that again soon with other loved ones.
