My signature dish is Butter Chicken Vol Au Vent — a fusion of rich, creamy Indian butter chicken served inside a delicate French pastry shell. It represents my cooking style perfectly: traditional Indian flavors presented with modern creativity and elegance while still feeling comforting and familiar

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My biggest culinary inspiration is my family. Helping my mom in the kitchen taught me the basics and discipline behind cooking, while the meals my dad made sparked my passion for flavor and experimentation. Their influence shaped my love for food and inspired me to blend tradition with creativity through modern Indian cuisine.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into growing my modern Indian dining concept by expanding private dining experiences, developing new fusion dishes, upgrading equipment, and creating opportunities to introduce more people to elevated Indian cuisine in a unique and memorable way.
