My signature dish is Chef Sunshine's Signature salmon Pasta. While pasta is my specialty, this dish truly represents who I am as a chef. I don't cook by measurements I cook from the heart, using flavor, passion, and experience to create every bite. Rich, creamy, and full of bold flavor, it's a customer favorite that brings people together around the table. For me, food is more than a meal it's love, comfort, and connection. ❤️👩🏽🍳☀️

The $25,000 would help me take Eatz with Sunshine from a dream to a destination, allowing me to serve more people, create opportunities, and leave a lasting legacy through my passion for food and hospitality.
