Through her, I learned that Moroccan cuisine is more than recipes—it's a way of showing love, generosity, family, hospitality, care for one another, and respect for quality ingredients. Her commitment to healthy, flavorful food and our family's culinary traditions continues to inspire every dish I create.
What would you do with the $25,000?Winning $25,000 would allow me to honor my mother's legacy and Moroccan heritage. I would invest in my culinary growth, expand my skills, and create opportunities to share the healthy, home-cooked traditions I grew up with. I see it as an investment not only in my future, but in preserving and celebrating a culinary culture that means so much to me.
