Receive Text UpdatesOne of my favorite dishes is butternut squash and sweet potato soup. I love sweet potato and I love butternut squash so I tried making a soup one day. No recipe, just food chemistry. I paired seasonings that I loved and it came out great. So, I kept making it anytime I had a craving for soup.
Who is your culinary inspiration? My mom, she would always cook for us growing up. She made so many different dishes and we loved them all except liver & onions, lol. Her food was always so flavorful and delicious. Every family gathering she was asked to bring one of her favorite dishes and she always made it with pure love.
What would you do with the $25,000?One of the things I'd love to do is teach kids about cooking and the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables from a nutritional stand point. Since becoming a vegetarian I've learned so much about the benefits of vegetables and I'd like to engage kids in the learning process as well.
