Receive Text UpdatesI’m not sure if I have a signature dish. Whenever I’m not too tired from work I sometimes explore new dishes that I have never made before. I’m drawn to Italian foods, but there is so much to learn. Whatever dish I create I make sure to do my best.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My family, friends, coworkers, and most of all my children. These are the people in my life that is always pushing me to start my own restaurant. On the weekends when my children are over I’m always cooking something for them. The smiles on their faces before and after I give them the plates gives me great joy and inspiration.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000 I would buy a small parcel of land and put a stationary food truck on it along with picnic tables. I will build a customer base with great food and great service. Eventually I will get a small building and continue to grow.
