I am what you might say "all over the board when it comes to cooking different dishes from around the world.. But I do love to utilize the bounty of the ocean.. I would say a freshly cured and smoked Salmon alfredo sauce over fresh linguine.. with home made salmon Roe on top of garlic and butter crostini. But a good old pork belly braised Taco with fresh pico de gallo and pickled red onion is a nice fresh alternative on a summer evening..

My upbringing was with a Dad that came from England in 1957 to Canada..he was 42 when I was born.. My mother and him didn't last past my 13th birthday. But l chose to be with him during my impressionable years.. We were living a kind of bachelor life with it being mainly him and I in our house. My wife and I are like rolling stones.. we rarely stay docile for long.
