I wouldn't say I have a signature dish. My signature style is definitely Italian. It's my favorite. I love recreating dishes from Italy as best I can. It tastes like home to me.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My dad. He would cook all of our meals for us growing up. They were all gourmet. He was self taught. If his life went in a different direction, no family, he would have been a professional chef.
What would you do with the $25,000?My main career path is in filmmaking but I think it would be fun to try something new and open a food truck with a few of my favorite dishes or have a rotating menu.
