I make a mean breakfast pizza! It's cheesy, crispy, loaded with breakfast proteins and is ALWAYS a crowd pleaser. Admittedly, it's a really simple dish, but I think that's what people love about it. Well, that and the homemade pizza dough!
Who is your culinary inspiration?I draw on many for culinary inspiration. Andrew Rea and Joshua Weissman for their palate. Gordon Ramsay and Jamie Oliver for their cooking techniques and professionalism, and finally Matty Matheson for his demeanor and ability to remain so down to Earth. Most importantly though, I look to my parents because they raised me in the kitchen, working alongside them to cook for those they care about.
What would you do with the $25,000?There are so many things I would do! First, I'd like to invest in Cookin Teach, my YouTube channel. Second, I'd like to donate to No Kid Hungry. As an elementary school teacher I see the effects of childhood hunger in the U.S. in my classroom each day, and I'd love to be able to contribute to their mission of providing kids with three meals a day every day of the year. I think this would be a really cool way to honor both of my passions: teaching and cooking/food.
