Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is a carrot puree with harissa, topped with roasted whole carrots, crushed pistachio and cumin lebneh yogurt. This dish has been a staple in a few of the last restaurants I’ve run.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I have two. I grew up watching good eats as a young boy and never turned from cooking since. Through the years he’s taught me to love the science of cooking. My other inspiration is an executive chef who trained me to have his position a year later. He inspired me to learn the heart of the restaurant business and to love all cultures
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to pay off some student loans from culinary school and to open a food truck with hopes of a brick and mortar down the way
