Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspo has to be the GOAT, my mom who passed away in 2023. She’ll always be my favorite chef! The only thing she left me with was memories of her cooking, she used to call me her shadow because I wanted to learn to cook just like her. Sadly she won’t be here to see me win fave chef :(
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start a local food truck to honor the only connection to home that I have. I want everyone to have access to the comfort of home through food. Whenever people have a taste of my food it’ll bring them pure joy just like a hug from home does :)
