Receive Text UpdatesMy Signature Dish is a hazelnut crusted salmon, atop a bed of pumpkin risotto, drizzled with a maple balsamic reduction, and fried sage for garnish. This dish is an autumn staple, and delivers flavors of sweetness, acidity, and umami!
Who is your culinary inspiration? My culinary inspiration would have to be my brother, Chef Matthew Woods. He got me my first job at a restaurant when I was 15 and I’ve been following in his footsteps ever since. He taught me respect for food, respect for others, and pride that drives me forward every day!
What would you do with the $25,000?$25,000 would be used to help pay off student loans and set my son (Liam) up for a successful future. Money is tight and I’m currently working two jobs just to support the family that I love. I also have a dream of opening a food truck!
