Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother! My late mother was a melting pot of culture. She had so many different culinary influences in her life that of course it bled into my life and how I see food.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to support my dream of becoming a world renowned chef who quite literally brings a story and art to the table. My goal as a young Chef is to curate moments that will stick with you forever.
