Who is your culinary inspiration?I’d have to say myself. As a disabled veteran from the Virgin Islands, I turned struggle into passion—using Caribbean cooking to heal, create, and inspire others through every meal.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d invest the $25,000 into building a Caribbean-inspired food business—expanding equipment, branding, and a space where food, culture, and community come together while creating opportunities for others.
