I'm inspired by my family’s rich culinary traditions and the way food brings people together. The creativity and love behind every dish drives me to cook with passion and soul.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

My favorite dish to make is honey balsamic lamb chops topped with crispy shallots, truffle garlic broccolini, and a potato pav.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d invest the $25,000 into expanding my private chef business, upgrading kitchen equipment, and creating a signature dining experience for my clients.
