Who or what inspires you to cook?

Bourdain, Thomas Keller, my wife and children and most of all, the guests who come to dine at our restaurant

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

My passion for learning new techniques and preparations changes with the seasons. Chicken Marsala for its simple, rich flavors Seared scallops with risotto for fresh and creamy texture Japanese pho for comfort food.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the money into restorations to our historic building as it was build in 1966, frank llyod wright inspired country club We operate as just a restaurant at the moment and it’s hard to make ends meet with our high overhead costs. We serve our community in many ways and want to continue to grow and offer space for events, weddings and continue our elevated dining experience. We have a golf course currently with hopefully a mini golf course and ice cream parlor on the property
