Food provides the platform to help others through everyday life events. Every person on the planet eats. Why not provide a meal so people can enjoy time together? Therefore I am inspired to cook so people can enjoy each other: their time, their talents, their life - with each other. It is a core value -an essential part of who I am.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Don't laugh! I love cornbread. All kinds , but mainly cast iron skilette. Bougie Cornbread is my current delight. Homemade with sausage, onions, mushrooms, peppers, real butter, butter milk and topped with Amish cheese. I love to eat it cold, hot or toasted served with a fresh side salad and homemade salad dressing. And if the time, homemade butter.
What would you do with the $25,000?I wish I could say something spectacular, but the honest truth I would use it to pay off some of the debt from opening a restaurant. We have 5 star rating on google, but opened in a town with no industry. This first year has been hard. However, more and more people are coming. The 25K would take some pressure off. Exposure would be a positive!
