Who or what inspires you to cook?

Everyone has their own unique way of expressing themselves, and for me, it's through cooking. Growing up with Ecuadorian roots from the coast, the flavors of fresh seafood and traditional dishes have always been a part of my identity. Cooking allows me to stay connected to my heritage, blending the rich coastal flavors of Ecuador with a modern twist. I’m passionate about creating fusion seafood dishes with top-quality ingredients.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

My all-time favorite dish to make is definitely Encebollado de Albacora, a traditional Ecuadorian fish soup. It's a beloved dish from my country, full of vibrant flavors, and I love how it brings together the rich coastal ingredients of Ecuador. It's a true taste of home for me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I had $25,000, I would first pay off my credit card bills to get my finances in order. Once my credit is clean, my next step would be to secure my own place and create a stable foundation for the future of my family.
