Found my passion during a tour in Iraq where I was able to cook for my team and have them feel back at home. I crave for feelings like that.

Receive Text UpdatesWhat inspires me to cook is the feeling that I chase every time when I make a meal for someone. Which is bringing people together and my food being the reason that memories are being created, it is a heartwarming feeling for me. Now for who I cook for, my supportive wife and 9 month old son give me motivation to be better in this industry and I’ve never been more focused on my passion than I have now because of family.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My favorite dish by far has been ceviche. I have been obsessed with Peruvian food lately and ceviche is a dish you can go a thousand different ways with. It can be a humble dish that you can eat on the beach or a show stopping dish in a Michelin star restaurants. Ceviche is for everyone!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start planning to open my restaurant and possibly travel to another country with my family to have fun and learn about specific cuisines so I can gain more knowledge and learn new techniques. In the grand scheme of everything I want to be the best chef I can be and express myself through my love language that is food.
