Receive Text UpdatesGrowing up in the 1960’s, we didn’t have very much. I watched my mom make meals out of nothing. We didn’t realize we were poor because she would always be so creative. Each meal was a new adventure. Whether we had breakfast for dinner or bologna sandwiches, we always ate well. Many years later, a friend asked me to help her with a party. I managed to feed 30 people with $100, and it was so much fun! From that one party people kept calling me to cater their parties, and I loved
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Every one loves my fried fish with my homemade tartar sauce and green bean salad. I wanted to do something different as a side. I love recreating recipes and making them my own with a plant base spin, making a healthier meal.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would convert part of my garage into a commercial kitchen and lounge where guests come to enjoy good company and even better food!
