But Having his stamp of approval in the kitchen department meant the world. From grilling, frying to infusing sauces. The inspiration to utilize a gift to take care of my family is my goal!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?You can’t really ask a chef this question in my opinion, my all time favorite dish to make is the one that feeds the soul and puts a smile on someone’s face. I don’t know about you but me. Sitting back watching the mmhmm and the yums as a reaction after feeding people. Really is the reward. I’ve been know for my soul food also my grilling. Having a Spanish background I also make some of the world’s best rice & beans. I love making seared trout with an orange saf
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d put out a cook book, A line of cast irons and kitchenware then I would open a food truck that operates as a speakeasy. I’d be able to finally take my current pop up kitchen to the next level. Incorporating live music, with great bites and immaculate service. Being I once was a restaurant manger. I’d make sure it would succeed so we can open more locations in settings I’ve lived in I.E NYC,LA,ATL, Corpus Christi, Lawton OK. then worldwide. I’d want to be my own B
