Who or what inspires you to cook?

My mother and Paul Prudhomme. Chef Paul’s restaurant blew me out of the water years ago. He had a sister with a restaurant in Carencro I think. Unbelievable food

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Gumbo. Chicken and sausage hut seafood too. It takes time but it’s worth it.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Pay taxes first the. Anything left over I’d give to someone to go to culinary school. I’m too old to do it.
