What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all-time favorite dish to make is a seared duck breast or venison loin with a silky red wine reduction—rooted in French technique but inspired by the rugged beauty of Colorado. I love taking locally sourced, wild proteins and elevating them with classic flavors. It’s the perfect balance of rustic and refined, and always sparks conversation around the table.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would expand my supper club... investing in better equipment, more seating, and the ability to host more often. It’s all about creating space for people to slow down, connect, and share a great meal. This would help me continue to bring people together around food and build something truly meaningful, one dinner at a time.
