What's your all time favorite dish to make?While I have many dishes that I really enjoy at the table, Its hard to pin it down to my "all time favorite" but if I had a go at it, it would probably be as simple as it is, my delicious smoked Mac and cheese with Andouille Sausage. Never had macaroni the same after eating this with my many BBQ dishes,, collards, red beans n rice, jambalaya.. it's an all around favorite for almost any meal..
What would you do with the $25,000?Build up my business as a new entry, I want to own my own food truck and be able to travel and provide quite possibly a nation, if not city and surrounding areas with my Delicious flavors and an absolute love for the kitchen . #BeachStreet BBQ, Memphis and Texas style BBQ wit New Orleans style sides!!!
