Who or what inspires you to cook?

My Mom, not because she’s good at it. No. But, because she is resourceful at it, her kitchen forever altered our accessibility to good healthy food. True, now that I know how to make Brussels sprouts, the right way, she will never boil them again! So, I started learning to cook 7 years ago for my boyfriend and have frequently made him and our dinner guests cry tears of joy when they eat my food. What's your all time favorite dish to make?

French and Italian cuisine are my favorites to cook, along with localized dishes from all over the world, but among them is something that I love to cook when I’m drunk, there, I said it. I call it my summer pasta. It’s pure joy! Comes together quickly and impresses every pallet. My pulled beef bolognese is a showstopper; people often cry when they eat it. What would you do with the $25,000?

I’ve been away from my kitchen and its many tools for 2 years. It’s in a storage unit that I can’t afford in Virginia, waiting for me to move it to Orlando, Florida where I live for work. I would move it here so I can get back to learning, sharing, and discovering my love language; food. I’d also add a few special new tools while I’m at it. Cooking is an adventure one of self-discovery and joy. Sharing my food with someone is a gift, I think we all possess it but
