What's your all time favorite dish to make?French and Italian cuisine are my favorites to cook, along with localized dishes from all over the world, but among them is something that I love to cook when I’m drunk, there, I said it. I call it my summer pasta. It’s pure joy! Comes together quickly and impresses every pallet. My pulled beef bolognese is a showstopper; people often cry when they eat it. What would you do with the $25,000?I’ve been away from my kitchen and its many tools for 2 years. It’s in a storage unit that I can’t afford in Virginia, waiting for me to move it to Orlando, Florida where I live for work. I would move it here so I can get back to learning, sharing, and discovering my love language; food. I’d also add a few special new tools while I’m at it.
