What inspires me to cook in 2008 I became parlayed I use to cook before then but when I was able to start walking again it became my place of sanity to keep me from a depressed place.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?To be honest I can't say I have one thing but recently I've learned how to make Gumbo this has turned out so well. I love smoked meats from ribs, chicken, you name it I have smoked it.
What would you do with the $25,000?What I would do if I was able to win. My dream is to start a food truck/trailer. Having the ability to set up shop in different locations would be amazing.
