Who or what inspires you to cook?

The person that inspires me to cook is my mother! When I was young, my Mother was a head chef at a local Vietnamese restaurant. She would always make all types of good and delicious food, for all my 6 siblings. She always told me that food unifies all people of all generations, ages, and race. My inspiration of cooking comes from pure happiness to have all the people you love and respect coming and enjoying all your creative dishes is a feeling that is priceless!

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

My all-time favorite dish to make is a Sear salmon with a mango avocado salsa on top of it. Cooking healthy is also very important to me because in the world we live right now obesity is at its all-time highest. Salmon is a dish that is very versatile very healthy, and that most likely everybody would enjoy. I want to promote to all of our younger generation that cooking is so wonderful because you know what you’re putting into your food! Too live n long heathy lifestyle .

What would you do with the $25,000?

$25,000 would help so much because the restaurant industry is not an easy industry! You should know your facts what you need to do to have a successful business and also know that you also need back up in any kind of business. With the perfect preparation is like a perfect recipe. It will succeed.
