What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love making Beef Wellington. The process, the technique, everything about it. When we decided to open a steakhouse in 2021, it was the very first thing I wanted to put on the menu. I've not perfected it, but every time I get a little better.
What would you do with the $25,000?Pay off the crippling debt this restaurant has put our family under. Anything left over would go toward the needs of my children.
