Who or what inspires you to cook?

I'm a chef, I work 70-80 hours every week. I'm also a small business owner in my restaurant. I break myself for my family, the loves of my life. I cook and continue learning for my wife and four beautiful children who inspire every plate I touch.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

I love making Beef Wellington. The process, the technique, everything about it. When we decided to open a steakhouse in 2021, it was the very first thing I wanted to put on the menu. I've not perfected it, but every time I get a little better.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Pay off the crippling debt this restaurant has put our family under. Anything left over would go toward the needs of my children.
