Receive Text UpdatesIngredients inspire me especially ones I’m not familiar with. I’m also inspired seeing other chefs cooking and reading recipes. I love eating many cuisines and love trying new foods. I’ll often come home and try to riff off or create a dish similar to one I ate out. I love going to a farmers market and being inspired to cook by what I see available.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I can’t pin down just one dish. Cauliflower cheese that my daughter loves. Lamb do piazza which is a family fave. Bi bim bap, mapo dofu, and stuffed lotus root are also faves. Plus l love a medium rare rack of lamb. Carbonara for a comfort dinner. Plus making sourdough anything, discard is so much fun to use; pasta noodles, cinnamon buns, pancakes etc. A roast chicken and veg comfort dinner. Wild salmon pan seared is another fave. Seafood stew is another fave.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’m not sure yet.
