My Dad & Son. My dad taught me to cook at an early age. It was our love language that kept us so close for so many years. I had my son at 19 years old and decided to take custody of him to keep him safe. It was then I knew what I wanted to do with my life. Being a chef was what I wanted my career to be so I can show him and my dad how much they inspired me. In 2024 I lost both of them. I still have to continue on to make them proud now that they are watching me from above. I know they got me
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I’ve cooked all types of food in my career. My all time dish are burgers. I always say people love a good burger, so I have spent the last 10 years trying to create the best unique burger in the world. I’ve come close a few times ✌️
What would you do with the $25,000?I would definitely do something to permanently remember my Dad & Son in our hometown. The mission is to continue helping the different organizations I currently work with to help feed the less fortunate friends. I also would use some of the money to finish a food truck I have that will be dedicated for feeding missions & fundraiser events to bring awareness about mental illness which is a major reason and factor in being homeless.
